We are an extension of an ever-growing family business nestled in the heart of the bluffs, ridgetops, and valleys of Southwest Wisconsin.

Our story of Why Not starts 40 years ago, in the summer of 1986, when Micheal and Diane got engaged. Diane said, "Yes, maybe someday," with the response, "Why not now?"

Life happened. Careers started, kids, etc.
Why not buy a farm?
Why not buy another farm? This one has a house.
Why not build our own feed mill?
Why not buy more land?
Why not buy a grain facility?
Why not double the farm to expand? It will be ok. God’s got this.

All of these things happened for a reason. They have shaped who we became - built relationships and resilience. Perhaps we are the tight family we are because we didn’t have anyone else but ourselves.

Why not return to what started this whole thing and get back into rodeo, this time hosting one? 
Why not continue to build a legacy? The only thing stopping us is us. 
So why not try?
Why not take the risk?
Why not give it our all?
Why not make the best of what we are given?
Why not make a difference?
